Technically, sadly, irregardless is recognized as an actual word. Sure, with an asterisk, but still.
The president of my company who always thought he was the sharpest MFer in the room always used it. It was only one of the reasons I disliked him, but it was definitely a reason.

The major dictionaries all agree it is in fact a word. Just not the ideal choice.
