Yeah I’m a US American, our culture is hot garbage. We’re inconsiderate, entitled, proudly ignorant, revel in violence, and hate poor people and minorities. I’ve lived all over the country. I’ve had good neighbors, but every neighborhood I’ve lived in has been exactly as I describe. Anyone that thinks I’m wildly off base here probably fits very neatly into the above categories.
I’m American too, and yeah, even most (nominally) leftwing Americans are in denial about how shitty American culture is. They still have the the american civil religion in their head.
