“The thing is the thing” regardless of who says it or doesn’t say it. People used to do it for fun back in the day on the chans so I’m a little immune to it, and I just assume they’re paid actors, bots, trolls or simply a very ignorant/confused member of the group they claim to belong to. Still, it’s very annoying, although kind of inevitable in anonymous/pseudonymous spaces. 😔
