People should have known sony was crap when they jumped the shark with the ps3. Even the ps2 was the beginning of the buy it online only days, but the ps3 was where they “required” an upgrade to continue to use their console and took away an ability that was promised when sold. Go back a little further and you have the rootkit fiasco.
People didn’t learn then, and they probably won’t now. Sony just marches forward and people keep buying their crap. Same as always.
