Destiny died for me the moment they started taking away content I paid for. Destiny was at its peak at the end of D1. The expansions were good, the events were fun, they found a rhythm. Then the beginning of D2 was a big step back and we had to figure it all out again.
I could write an entire essay on how disappointed I was with D2. I gave it a shot around the time they started sweeping the old content under a rug. I would’ve been so angry if I had bought into it at launch
