To be fair a lot a lot of develping world corruption goes to their national politiicians, and they like to move to london after they lose position. Or the US. London caters to them.
They actually do spend money on infrastructure projects, it just gets stolen. But yeah a lot of the corruption is local, and stems ultimately from not paying government workers living wages, and not prosecuting corruption.
But that’s neither here nor there with these fucking gangsters running the US.
