Had a friend who said it’ll pick up over the weekend. I don’t think he realizes that even on off days there should be loads more people out there. They would take the days off if they could if it offered ANYTHING remotely interesting to do.
Supposedly, there was another event very close and it had quite a few people at it. So weather can’t be the only factor.
