Considering there are so few black people in the GQP that they kept running his account even after that, I’d say someone made the decision to keep downplaying covid on his page and didn’t care about the optics.

I always wonder if they’d ever notice if someone just said all the gop talking points but was a leftist and voted like one. Like all the “gays are evil, protect the fetuses, etc” but then never vote with the party.
