The people that use it super heavily can do on-prem and benefit and the people using it 1% of the time can use cloud and barely cost any money.

Doesn’t matter if someone higher up is no longer laughing. All the people you heard laugh will be getting direct orders from above them to start pushing changes

I’m not sure I could develop that kind of app to use that much memory if I tried short of intentionally consuming RAM.
