Reminds me of royal road
Think about people asking for a feature to view ad history (what ads they have been served)
And at least some being willing to pay for such a feature

Same here
Although unfortunatly multiple topics i like just arent nearly as developed on lemmy
Some are better developed on mastadon but its nowhere near the same as reddit
Others just dont exist
Some i know not to bother searching for because of how unlikely they are to exist on lemmy (rp1, for most that says shit all, maybe they think its about the fuel)

Yep iv have read and thought for minimum 2 hours, probably way more, for a 50 euro mouse
Ive done the same for a keyboard,i know some of the flaws in the software used for the fucking remaping of keys, i could probably reflash the firmware with minimum additional research, for a keyboard i dont actualy have
And people are out there buying the crap on ads
Im simply haveing a hard time imagening what exactly they are thinking

I wonder how much that would help with ukraines development of their own airdefence system (the one fp7 missile is with the guidance removed)

While your question has already been answered, i would like to add
Pcie is very compatible, its both backwards and forewards compatible (sure it wont be as fast but it will work)
Pretty sure you should be able to do something like takeing a rtx 5090 and a dremmel and puting it in a gen 1 pcie x1 slot
(Wether you cut the back of the x1 slot or cut the rtx 5090 is up for reader interpritation)

Dams normaly have a specificly designed spillway as it could otherwise be VERY dangerus (the water removeing dirt at its base , possably leading to dam failure)
I doubt the solar panels were put on it tho
If water is just overflowing it entirely like a glass of water then shits so fucked that the solar panels just dont matter

Stuff like that is regional
The satelites go around the world
May as well think of it as not as anything specific but as “the entire globe gets the same amount of bandwidth and its completely independant”
If it can support 100 people per km² then thats perfectly fine for a place where only only 10 people per km² live, but for a high density city where 10,000 people live per km²?
Its just not enough
(Numbers are purely illustrative)

Frankly im just annnoyed
There is enough to hate
Why make stuff up?
Why with all the full on nonsense im seeing in some of these comments? (Upto and includeing includeing “people should just deal with haveing shitty internet”)
Isnt nazi with fucking “mecha hitler” ,along side significantly more, not enough ?

Yep
At the end of the day it serves a purpose nothing else does
Frankly i couldnt care less about spacex (both the rockets and satelites) if anyone else even close
Unfortunatly their competitors are at a similar place to where they were a decade ago
- Dpek@lemmy.ziptoTechnology@lemmy.world•Elon Musk Is Charging Starlink Customers Gigantic Bogus Fees Because Its Network Is Being Crushed by “High Demand”English1·11 days ago
Frankly its just about as much as anyone should care
Ohmmy’s comment is essentualy “its bad for the envirement” (as if its not true for everything) and “they should just deal with it as is” as an attempt to shutdown the arguement
I very much dont see how it would have continued any other way (excludeing a few roundabouts)

that don’t have to be constantly replaced.
Its by delibarate choice
Increase the orbit by a bit and it quickly goes from about 5 years to decades and decades for reentry
The entire point is that they will be replaceing them that often anyways, may as well get some other benefits
