😔 I hope I can be wrong too, but I doubt it.
Some companies have too much management. I don’t know if this is the case with Patreon. Are they removing needless mangement? Or will they remove important cogs, realise their mistake and need to outsource to fill the cracks later on? Only time will tell. However, at least they have a pretty good package for letting people go.
The problem is, it’s not gonna’ happen. Rockstar print money so they will be able to pay their way around these demands. Enough people will buy GTA6 that the union demands will be ignored.

I hate that we need to do it. But we should use these short term fixes to help create more environmentally sound technology/products in the long term.
